Policies

Production begins as soon as payment is received. Please allow 3-5 five business days for all cups/mugs while allowing 5-10 business days for shirts. Any item needing to be completed before that time frame is considered to be a rush item and will incur an additional fee per item. Orders that require shipping will incur a shipping fee based on the destination of the location as well the speed at which the customer would like the item shipped. Items will be shipped the next business day after completion. I cannot guarantee a shipping date once the item has left my possession.

Since each individual item is custom made, once your payment has been processed I do NOT offer cancellations or refunds. In the event that there was a mistake on my end, I will offer a replacement of the same product. Please message me within 2 days of receiving the item(s) with a description of the issue.

Due to the nature of customization, refunds will not be accepted. All items have been created with care, please take care of your items by following the instructions provided for your items. 

All items purchased are for personal use only, and should not be shared, altered or resold. Any characters used are not being sold and are included for free. Character copyrights belong to their original owners. I do NOT claim ownership of the licensed used in the designed.
